How do I place an order?


Our website is built on Shopify, so you can shop with confidence. To place an order, simply click “Pay Now” to complete your purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly. Once your order has been shipped, you will get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Can I modify or cancel my order?


Absolutely! If you need to change or cancel your order after placing it, please email us as soon as possible at reaganunderwear@gmail.com. Our customer service team will do our best to assist you before your order is shipped.

Please note: we process orders regularly throughout the day. If your order has already begun preparation or has been handed over to the courier, we may not be able to make changes.

Don’t worry! Even if it is too late to modify your order, you are still welcome to use our return and exchange service after receiving your package.

Important: underwear and socks must be unopened and unused to be eligible for return or exchange. Opened or worn underwear and socks cannot be returned or exchanged.

How does pre-order work? Will you ship my entire order together?


Unfortunately, we do not offer split shipping at this time. If you would like to receive other items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?


If your order was placed less than half a day ago, we may still be able to update the delivery address before we arrange shipping.

Once the courier has collected your package, the address can no longer be changed. Thank you for your understanding.

What payment methods do you accept?


We currently only accept payments via PayPal.

How long will it take to receive my package?


We will send you a confirmation email promptly after payment, which includes full shipping tracking details. You may check the status and route of your package at any time.

Delivery times vary by country and region. Typically:

  • Southeast Asia: 5–7 business days
  • North America: 7–13 business days
  • Europe: 6–15 business days
  • Australia: 6–10 business days

Delivery may be delayed by several days during holidays or peak periods.
